Here is what was updated in Retro Knight v4.0 - 4.6!
Grudge's Online Shopping
Grudge is getting his own computer, and he can use it to buy/sell items! Place up to 12 items for sale and let other users buy them! Plus, you can shop at the stores of the most recent players.
Interweb Cafes!
Don't own a house yet in Retro Knight? That's okay. You can still visit Interweb Cafes and shop online. You are sadly unable to SELL online, but you can BUY.
New Mini Game!
A new Mine Cart mini-game will take you from the starting spot near Tentee Shores and let you ride up to the Spider's Nest. Weeeeeee!
Salons! Grudgette!
Salons will pop up in various towns and allow you to do a heck of a lot more than just change Grudge's hair (when he is not wearing a helmet, that is). You will be able to change skin tones and genders as well! What a world! The female Grudge (Grudgette) will also have her own voice acting.
SCP Coin Connect!
You'll be able to convert SCP Coins to Gnit! Awesome. You'll also be able to do it on this website! Super awesome! Look for a new button in the Extras Menu upon update.
HUD Update / Horde Meter / New Hordes
The HUD (top right) will get some updates. Mainly spacing and formatting. Nothing super fancy. What IS super fancy is the new Horde Meter and Treasure Portal bonuses. While on the Map, you will soon see a Horde Meter which shows how many Monster Hordes there are out in the wild. If you defeat ALL OF THEM, your luck will increase for the day. If you let more than 30 Hordes exist, your luck goes down. Keep them in check! Also if you are Level 2+, you'll notice some new Horde types and some mysterious fog! Ooooooo.
New Items / Tricks
Here are a few things: 1) You will be able to equip a Lucky Stick and stick it in a hanging torch and create a 2:00 Torch Powerup! 2) The Book of Bubbles will put a bubble around you that stops projectiles (but not monsters). 3) The Book of Magents will cause dropped items from dead monsters to float towards you! Neat!
New Delivery Orders!
You've taken things to the King, sure, but now you will have to make deliveries for other people! These are pretty basic A -> B quests that will have you delivering packages. Level 2 Knights might find themselves having to deliver to some very obscure places. Level 3+ Knights? You'll need that boat!

Here is what was updated in Retro Knight v3.0 - 3.4!
Performance Enhancements
File size has become an issue for older devices, so work was done to improve performance. The trade off is that now almost all music must be loaded externally, so load times might increase.
Cook At Home!
I have added Cooking (Kitchen) to the House Menu so you can try and cook things at home.
New Foods!
To go along with the new Cooking feature, several new foods have been added to the game, 30 in fact! You can only find these by cooking them in your house.

Here is what was updated in Retro Knight v2.3 - 3.0!
Bug Fixes / Tiny Upgrades!
- Graphical fixes.
- Empty bottle error fixed. Noticed you couldn't buy more than one! Dumb.
- New 'popup' to show who else is playing the game and what they are doing. Neat! Social!
- Quicker access to your online profile.
- Still need to find a good Scooter sound effect. Searching...
- Error with Relic #2 and how it works with the inventory. Already fixed, but very annoying!
Level 3 Upgrade! *Major Upgrade*
You can now upgrade to a Level 3 Knight! Which means ...
Balloon Bird Bluffs! *Level 3 Required*
Another huge area is now open, this one a parody of 1/2 Balloon Fight and 1/2 Joust. There are quite a few new monsters in this area, and of course ... Relic #3.
The King's Yacht! *Level 3 Required*
Upon reaching Level 3, King Kerupt will let you use his boat to go sailing. You will see new port options at Smiley Shores and Tentee Shores. Using the boat costs Gnit as you sail (like fuel), and there are monsters on the open water, but you'll be able to visit many islands, new towns, and explore new areas to find rare treasure! This is a giant upgrade as it wil nearly double the size of the map!
Arcade Mode!
Arcade Mode is now on the main menu and allows you to play some of the Questmasters' levels for free AND offline! However, let it be noted in Arcade Mode, you don't get to save any of the items you find. All treasures found will be converted to Gnit. You can then transfer your Gnit to your user account when you log in. There are six OFFLINE levels and four ONLINE levels. This area will be expanded upon in future updates to include more levels.
Keys and Keychain Menu!
A bunch of new keys have been added to the game to unlock special shortcuts and access to new areas. You only have to find these keys once. Since I didn't wanna take up any more inventory space, these keys are added to a handy keychain instead!
New Armors! New Characters! *Level 3 Required*
Two of each are added, but you'll need to be a Level 3 Knight to find them.
Seasons (sorta)!
Adding a light touch to Rockview, Ruined Ruins, and a few other spots: seasonal snow! From December to February, these areas will be snowy!
Holidays!
Kingdomland now has 8 Holidays! Heart Days, Clover Days, Fiesta Days, Explosion Days, Smiley Days, Spooky Days, Turkey Days, and Toy Days! Celebrate the seasons as the towns prep for festivities. Discounted items! Rare items! New Collections! New music too!
New Enemies! *Level 3 Required*
  • Balloonites
  • War Birds
  • Raptarus
  • Gorgafish
  • Ciudirt
  • Sniks
New Bosses!
Two new bosses have been added. Scary!
New Foods!
  • Chocolate Chip Cookie
  • Butterscotch Cookie
  • Cream Cookie
  • Eggroll
  • Sushi
  • Pot Sticker
  • Chicken Squewer
  • Beef Squewer
  • Green Beer
  • Corn Dog
  • Mashed Potatoes
  • Candy
  • Enchiladas
  • Rum Ham
  • Pink Potion
Item Refresh!
You know all those items you find when you kill monsters or open treasure chests? Their contents have been refreshed to accomidate for all sorts of things: locations, times of day, and holidays! When v3.0 arrives, you'll be finding a whole lot of new items all over the place. Make room in your inventory!

Here is what was updated in Retro Knight v2.0 - 2.3!
Bug Fixes/Minor Enhancements!
  • Will remove/simplify Gemologist animation.
  • All stores will get their merchendise refreshed. New items! New things they want to buy!
  • Various improvements here and there. Inventory and pause menu to get minor updates.
Level 2 Upgrade! *Major Upgrade*
You will soon be able to upgrade to a Level 2 Knight! Which means ...
The Twilight Forest! *Major Upgrade*
On par with The Mushroom Plains, Twilight Forest is a huge area full of monsters and treasures, and maybe a Relic of General Importance! This 'Legend of Zelda' area will feature familiar monsters, a scary forest, an mysterious palace, some friendly cave dwellers, and more stuff I'm not going to tell you about.
Farming! *Major Upgrade*
If you own a house, you will be able to farm! You can grow up to 25 things at a time, just be sure to water them every day, or else!
New Playable Characters!
This round of additions will feature new minor characters from Retro Knight: The Secretary, Angela Pimlot, Mr. Dumpy, and one who shall remain nameless. One thing I am trying to do with this new cast is to make it where playing as them isn't really 'helpful' exactly. Some of these characters will be free to play as, just they don't really help all the time. Some situations they will be great, others they just plain suck.
New Enemies!
  • Kanights
  • Ghosties
  • Zorbas
  • Ghostie King
  • Fire Boxes
  • Hot Pads
New Hidden Areas!
Did you know there are Hidden Areas on the map? There are five right now, and I will be adding more!
New Weapons!
  • 4 Different kinds of Boomerangs

Here is what was updated in Retro Knight v1.6!

  • Various improvements to pause menu and select levels.
Game Improvements
  • Glass Jars
  • New features to allow for major Store upgrades.

Here is what was updated in Retro Knight v1.5!

Game Improvements
  • New Lawn Editor
  • Broken Mines open w/ new Orders to try out.
  • Ninja Stars
  • New foods: Apple Pie, Pumpkin Pie, Cherry Pie, Chimichangs, Churros, Dark Beer, and Bananas.

Here is what was updated in Retro Knight v1.4.
Bug Fixes
  • Immunity Stats location to be fixed. Off by a little bit.
  • Error when trying to use the Magic Flute on the map corrected.
  • Book of Barrels continue even if the game is paused. Now they stop.
  • Aparently running out of stamina does nothing. Fixed.
  • Added captions for Confetti Gun and Flame Thrower.
  • Balloon Bafoon isn't even working right. Arg. Fixed now.
  • Error fixed when it says you "completed your orders", but you didn't.
  • Adjustments made to 'night vision' mode.
  • Error fixed when trying to use a Scooter on the map.
  • Shopping fixes.
  • Adjustments with (SPOILER) and what happens after.
Game Improvements
  • Royal Sword, Hunter's Knife, Katana, and Lance all added to the game. Some sold. Some found. They will appear once all platforms have been upgraded to v1.41.
  • Syncing with www.indievideogames.com now allows IVG users to sync to their accounts and earn Points. Not useful for casual gamers, nor beneficial. Totally awesome for IVG users.

Here is what was updated in Retro Knight v1.3.
Bug Fixes
What update isn't without bug fixes?
  • A mysterious error with the Book of Leaves. Seems to be a 'broken' book you might find occasionally. Still works 99% of the time.
  • Need to re-verify toggles on Settings menu.
  • When blind, pausing the game causes the ability to see for a moment.
  • Zombies sometimes turn into Goos when launched into the air.
  • Torches on walls now no longer will be seen in the rain (but yours still works, weird).
  • End Score visual adjustments.
  • Error with Orange Blocks.
  • Purple Gems were not helping you combat Poison faster. Now they are.
  • Errors with the Course Quests not replacing you in the game when completed have hopefully been dealt with.
  • Errors with the Top Scores showing 'undefined' should be fixed now.
  • Error with Boss Orders being completed when you defeat a Horde.
  • Duckies! I added too many Duckies and never did the third panel of inventory. My bad. If you get enough Duckies to unlock the third panel of items, and all you see are Wooden Swords, hang in there! I'll do another upgrade and those will be unlocked. Didn't realize I had that many Duckies yet.
  • You can currently use Fairy Stones in the (Spoiler). That is not supposed to happen.
Game Improvements
Here are a few minor fixes and improvements I made. I like them, and I'm sure you will too!
  • New Detailed Stats menu. Pause, and tap your stats for a few more details!
  • Badges are now purple. So what. Also ending screens for Kings Orders and Mini Quests are now Purple and Green instead of Gold and Purple. Makes more sense to me.
  • "Shake" added to the graphic when you try to enter an area but you don't have enough badges.
  • As originally planned... now all Map Zones only appear once you get near them, making it a little harder to find secret spots. Sorry. It was always supposed to be that way. Gotta search!
  • Challenge format to be 'replaced'. I had a system that was more random and less of a 'playlist'. The Random system seems to not be working right, so I have reverted back to the Playlist style for the time being. Users won't really notice the difference, but from a programming standpoint, the Random is much better and easier to add to.
  • Blue Mushrooms now cause you to be automatically charged to a Level 1 Retro Attack. You can go higher if you want. I'll add them to more places.
  • Immunity Popups now appear to tell you what you are immune to! They appear next to the Health Meter.
  • Ice Sword now shoots Ice Cubes instead of Snow Balls. Ice Cubes will FREEZE enemies, and you can now shatter them in one hit. Ice Cubes take more Retro Points, though.
Third Tier Orders!
You might have noticed that when you complete your Daily Orders, you are given the option to seek out a Treasure Portal. That's fun. Well ... now there will be a set of orders after THAT! What do you think of that? You still won't be able to get any more badges, but you can get lots more treasure. I can tell you right now that this third tier is NOT what you think. UPDATE: You will earn a 2nd Daily Badge for completing this set of orders! Neat!
Play as Boozer The Clown!
Visit the Hobo Camp and see if Boozer The Clown will join you on your adventures! Voice acted by Gabe Wilson! Check out the real Boozer The Clown at www.boozerandstubs.com.
Play as Dr. Kockpocalipse and Gorpee!
The Playable Characters Roster will get a quick boost as two more playable characters willbe added for v1.2. Dr. Kockpocalipse is not as easy to find as Angus and Boozer, so you'll have to seek him out. Plus he sells some very interesting weapons that may come in handy! Voice acted by ... me! Check out more about Dr. Kockpocalipse over here at www.scpmovies.com.
The Balloon Baffoon!
You can already see him on the map, and now The Balloon Baffoon will be ready to fly you to distant places far from Kingdomland. This is a chance to unlock new areas and explore for even more treasures. Think of it as DLC, but you're not really downloading it. You can save all "Tickets" you buy and travel to these new places any time you want (as long as you can find The Balloon Baffoon). Rumor is that he will also take you to far away places still in Kingdomland, but that is just a rumor. NOTE: As of v1.2, there will only be two extra maps to buy. I am hoping to make it so that I can add new maps without having to update the App to a new version.
Konky Dong Dam!
You might be wondering why some of those Blue Spots on the map are empty. Well, The Builder Brigade has their eyes on those spots and are looking to build some cool stuff. Funding is lacking, so they might need some Gnit from you in order to make these Kingdomland upgrades. The first will be up near Konky Dong Dam, and their construction may unlock a few surprises (it totally will).
Vespas!
Granted, in the game I just call them 'Scooters', but now you can get a Vespa! For the time being, the Vespa is just a powerup, but this one lets you park it! You can return the Vespa to the spot you found it and recharge it. You can even OWN a Vespa, but they are not cheap, and it will wear down every time you hit an enemy or crash it. Obviously you can park it/put it in your inventory. Check out an early demo video.
New Fish!
Five new fish will be added to select ponds. Yes, I have total control over which fish are in which areas.
New Power Ups!
The Book of Barrels has been turned into a Powerup. Look for it in select spots. Three other powerups have been added, but ... shhhh.
New Foods: Popsicles!
You can now find popsicles in Retro Knight, but you won't find them in Kingdomland. Wait, what?! Bring them back and see if people might enjoy this foreign treat.
A Few New Weapons!
A few new weapons are now for sale, but I won't say what yet.
New Orders!
I can add new Orders to Retro Knight even without an App Update, but suffice to say by this point, some new Orders will be added. You may even see these pop up at The Questmaster's Camp before King Kerupt assigns them!
