You will find a lot of random stuff on the ground during your adventures. Some of these items listen below are also carried by monsters. You could always kill them and steal their stuff if you're in to that sort of thing. Unless noted with a ***, these items do not appear in your inventory and can be picked up as soon as you spot them.

Note that Food, some Melee Weapons, some Magic Items, and some Throwing Weapons are also considered a Pick Ups as they can be found in Dragon Eggs or dropped by monsters.

Waffle Party Every enemy drops Waffles for 15 seconds.
Pancake Party Every enemy drops Pancakes for 15 seconds.
Ice Cream Party Every enemy drops various ice creams for 15 seconds.
Beer Party Every enemy drops Beer for 15 seconds.
Burger Party Every enemy drops Burgers for 15 seconds.
Nacho Party Every enemy drops Nachos for 15 seconds.
Margarita Party Every enemy drops Margaritas for 15 seconds.

Balloons You can take the next two hits free! If you're wearing the Balloon Suit, you can float over water.
Bottled Lightning Shoot bolts of lighting from any weapon.
Red Mushroom Attack Power up.
Green Mushroom Luck up. You'll get more items from enemies.
Blue Mushroom You can do a Level 1 Retro Attack without charging. Uses no Retro Points, too!
Red Sneakers Run extra fast!
Power Sword Use a Power Sword for a minute.
Plumber's Hammer Use a Plumber's Hammer for a minute.
Vampire Axe Use a Vampire Axe for a minute.
Fire Sword Use a Fire Sword for a minute.
Ice Sword Use an Ice Sword for a minute.
Book of Leaves Automatically casts the Book of Leaves.
Book of Barrels Automatically casts the Book of Barrels.
Plasma Cannon Use a Plasma Cannon for a minute.
Confetti Gun Use a Confetti Gun for a minute.
Flame Thrower Use a Flame Thrower for a minute.
Challenge Coin *** Adds +10 Points to your Challenge Score.
2x Multiplier *** Get 2x the Challenge Points for 30 seconds.
3x Multiplier *** Get 3x the Challenge Points for 30 seconds.
5x Multiplier *** Get 5x the Challenge Points for 30 seconds.
Fallen Star Shard Find 5 of these to complete your Star Shard Orders (when applicable).
Diamond *** Worth it's weight in diamonds. Sell it to someone who likes pretty things.
King Hat *** It doesn't fit on your head, but maybe someone wants to buy it from you.
Lucky Stick *** Collect these for some reason. Who knows.
Lucky String *** Collect these for some reason. Who knows.
Lucky Rock *** Take these to a Gemologist to see what's inside ... or throw it at a monster.
