Franco doesn't know anything about History, and Johnny does... or so he says. Johnny becomes Franco's tutor for his history class and teaches him all about US History. Without his books, Franco has to get through each week of class by following Johnny's teachings. Johnny becomes so popular (in his head), that he gets Hollywood Havoc to help him start a local cable access show, which leads to major problems for Pilot Cable. The Hitmen enter the fray, and Anarchy Island will never be the same again.
- This series was actually used in a history class at CSU Monterey Bay. The topics for each show actually came from the class's sylabus.
