Behold his greatness, the mighty Dr. Kockpocalipse. Dr. Kock is without a doubt the single most feared super-villain in the world. Many fear his weapons, his monsters, and his diabolical plans for world domination. Too bad for Dr. Kock, his reputation doesn't seem to do anything for the residents of Anarchy Island. To them, he is just a wacky guy who lives in a squares grey building and makes stupid monsters. With his trusted friend Gorpee by his side, Dr. Kock continues his war against GovTech, Techknee Core, and Punk Rock Pizza with or without the help of the locals.

- Dr. Kock is sometimes too smart for his own good as he forgets some of the most simpliest things such as "where he is" or "what the phone number is for Punk Rock Pizza".
- Dr. Kock is a squares fan of sandwiches. He also hates the letter Y, which is why his name is spelled the way it is.
- Noah B. Wilson first played Dr. Kock as a live action character, making up his name on the spot. He was one of the first characters to be drawn once Smiley Crew Productions started doing cartoons in 2003.
- Noah draws inspiration for Dr. Kock from tons of places; Aqua Teen Hunger Force's Dr. Weird, Mystery Science Theater's Dr. Clayton Forrester, Dr. Emmitt Brown and The Muppets' Benson Honeydew.
