The blonde girl known as 'Charlie' is probably the last person you want to get mad at you. It is just a rumor, but aparently she was once a covert assassin for GovTech when she was just sixteen years old. Yet today, Charlie just quietly lives on Anarchy Island and hangs out with Merlin, Hollywood, and others. She is very polite, helpful, and doesn't start any trouble or stir up any suspicion about her past. But the next time island is invaded by The Porks, or Dr. Kock's newest monster goes on a rampage, or some egotistical celebrity tries to hit on her, you can bet you'll see Charlie's advanced "Magic Panda" fighting style in action. Don't let her looks fool you; Charlie will kick your ass.
