Part of you feels bad for Boozer and part of you wants to punch him in the face. Boozer was once a famous entertainer in North Egostica with a hit kid's show and a family. But he started to love the bottle more than anything else, and so he lost it all. Seeking escape from his past, and his alamony bills, Boozer T. Clown fled to Anarchy Island. He can now be found under the bridge at Lost Road, drinking his life away with his new friend Hobbo Stubs. Together Boozer and Stubs want to work to reclaim Boozer's lost fame by use of a whole new kid's show ironically called "The Boozer and Stubs Show".

- Boozer is one of The SCP's oldest characters, dating back to 2000 on The Boozer The Clown Show. He would find Stubs a few years later.
- Boozer is well known for having the most elaborate costume, complete with clown shoes, an oversize tie, and jingly hat.
